Aloha, Fat Burning Babes worldwide! Just a quick post for Day One of the No Fail Fat Shock Cycle™ Experiment. It's not really an experiment. It's a nutrition and movement hack I've honed over time that's similar to some components of "fat fasting" but it's about oh, say, ten million times healthier, safer and targeted to round up body fat and burn it while preserving lean mass.

If you need background on the who, what, when, where, why, read this post.

As promised yesterday, here's our starting overall body weights:


  • R.N.: 162 lbs

  • Susan: 120 lbs

  • Michelle: 131.4 lbs

  • Kim: Check in tomorrow.
For some reason, I have the most amazing lifts when doing this. Susan and Kim reported the same thing today. I think it's just the massive amounts of ketones being used for fuel. About half of the pounds lost will be additional water and will return. The rest, though, will be bye-bye pure body fat! The last time I did this I dropped 5.6 lbs in three days.

Check back tomorrow to see how the scales tip. Literally!
