    After the two months, your success story might be chosen for the upcoming book (unless you prefer to stay anonymous, of course).  We have a lot of exciting, powerful new tweaks to the No Fail Fat Burning For Women protocol and can't wait to share them with the women out there who are dedicated to their highest selves.     Who makes a good candidate for the Kick Fat in the Ass Spring Challenge?

    I don't sugar coat things. It's going to be two months of one of the hardest, best and most valuable things a woman can invest in for herself and the females she inspires.

    It will not be easy but it will be simple and sustainable for the rest of your life. It will require a time commitment in the form of weekly calls, keeping a journal, consuming high-quality foods and supplements you will purchase on your own, and more.
    I LOVE to rope climb but we'll skip it this go round for  y'all!

    The ideal candidate:

    • Women (obviously), 18+, over 25% body fat (although I do consult for competitive/fitness athletes this specific challenge is geared towards women looking specifically to shed a bit more excess body fat while maintaining lean mass)
     
    • Positive attitude, open mind, dedication, commitment, and unparalleled work ethic.  

    • Time availability for weekly calls, submitting journals/blogposts, taking before and after pictures (anonymity is fine), participating in the private Facebook group 

    •  A Skype account for conference calls, reliable internet access, ability to email and an ability to join the private Facebook group if invited.

    •  Ability to get an accurate and proper body fat percentage before and after challenge (water displacement or DEXA scan). A blood panel is also very highly recommended.

    • Before and after photos.

    • If still menstruating, an understanding and consistent tracking of your cycle.


    • If you're going to be taking vacations or traveling extensively April 1, 2015 - May 31, 2015, this might not be sustainable for you at the start.

    • You must read and understand the basic protocol of No Fail Fat Burning for Women. Buy it. Read it. It's inexpensive because Skye financed to self-publish and pay other editors and biohackers like myself out-of-pocket to design these programs for us and her; try them out on ourselves and bring it to other women in a way that's affordable for everyone. 

    • I only choose to help those who are sincerely trying to help themselves for healthy reasons. It's my passion. Faith in the protocol we create for you is a must. Will tweaks be made along the way? Yes. Especially once you hit your goals and we set even higher goals. There are no refunds for going rogue, however. There are no refunds, period.

Who IS NOT an ideal candidate:
We're gonna eat like Queens!
  • vegan/vegetarian/raw food dieters
  • Smokers (of any substances), current narcotics users/addicts
  • Those looking for quick fixes/magic bullets
  • Excuse makers, quitters, whiners, complainers, blamers, the undisciplined, the unambitious, the lazy, the unprepared
  • Those with severe health issues. I am not a medical doctor and cannot treat your conditions.

How to Apply (Closes Sunday, March 22, 2015, 11:59pm PST):

  • Send an email - with no attachments - to: burnbodyfatforwomen@gmail.com 
  • Subject line: Coaching candidate
  • In the body of the email write (no more than 500 words):
    • Name, age, height, body fat percentage, scale weight
    • City, state, country (not your street address)
    • Phone number and email where I can contact you
    • Specific body fat percentage goal (not scale weight goal or BMI)
    • Health goals
    • Health issues/ailments
    • How you think I can help and why you have what it takes to conquer this challenge.
    • Remember, 500 words maximum

Those chosen will be notified no later than Wednesday, March 25, 2015, via email with further instructions. 
 You will then have 24 hours to submit a non-refundable payment in full. Once payment is received, we'll schedule a time to chat one-on-one and start getting you ready to rock from there! I am open to taking up to 15 candidates but may choose not to fill all slots in order to properly invest time and energy in the candidates I feel I can help the most.
